Opening Video Required

  1. Customers must record a full unboxing video (from the moment the package is sealed till the product is fully opened).
  2. This video will serve as proof in case of damaged items, wrong product received, or missing items.

Timelines

  1. Any return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with the opening video.
  2. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Products

  1. Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and with original folds, tags, and packaging.
  2. Jewellery must be unworn and returned in original packaging (unless damaged or wrong product was received).

Sarees

Eligible for return or exchange if:

  1. Wrong product received
  2. Damaged or defective product received

Please Note:

  1. Slight colour variations due to photography or lighting are not considered defects.
  2. Refund/exchange will only be processed after verifying the unboxing video and returned item.

Imitation Jewellery

  • For hygiene and safety, imitation jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless:
    1. The product is damaged, or
    2. A wrong item was delivered.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim.
  • Without an opening video, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We encourage exchanges to help you find the perfect piece.

  1. Sarees can be exchanged for another design of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid).
  2. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
  3. Jewellery exchanges are limited to cases of wrong or damaged products.
  4. Once approved, exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless due to our error).

Refund Policy

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

  1. No returns/exchanges without an unboxing video.
  2. Sale/discount items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
  3. Customized or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.
