Refund policy
Opening Video Required
- Customers must record a full unboxing video (from the moment the package is sealed till the product is fully opened).
- This video will serve as proof in case of damaged items, wrong product received, or missing items.
Timelines
- Any return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with the opening video.
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Products
- Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and with original folds, tags, and packaging.
- Jewellery must be unworn and returned in original packaging (unless damaged or wrong product was received).
Sarees
Eligible for return or exchange if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product received
Please Note:
- Slight colour variations due to photography or lighting are not considered defects.
- Refund/exchange will only be processed after verifying the unboxing video and returned item.
Imitation Jewellery
- For hygiene and safety, imitation jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless:

- The product is damaged, or
- A wrong item was delivered.
- Unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim.
- Without an opening video, no return or exchange will be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We encourage exchanges to help you find the perfect piece.
- Sarees can be exchanged for another design of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid).
- Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
- Jewellery exchanges are limited to cases of wrong or damaged products.
- Once approved, exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless due to our error).
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Important Notes
- No returns/exchanges without an unboxing video.
- Sale/discount items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
- Customized or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.
