Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom/pre-order items may take longer, and the estimated time will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Time & Delivery

• Domestic (India): Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: Orders are delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
• You can track your package in real time until it reaches you.

International Shipping & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• We recommend checking local import rules before placing an order.

Delays & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
